The XLSX workbook contains a combined Transactions sheet, a Summary sheet and a separate sheet for each file. Use it to review several months together while keeping individual statements accessible.
CSV: one combined transaction table
Download a single CSV with source file, page, account and currency columns alongside the transactions. Check the column mapping required by your accounting software before importing.
Batch conversion questions
Can I mix PDFs and images in one batch?
Yes. Text-based bank statement PDFs and supported PNG, JPEG and WebP images can be included together. Each accepted image counts as one page. Scanned PDFs are not supported by this workflow.
Can I combine statements from different accounts?
Yes. Source details remain in the export. Review account and currency fields before grouping transactions; currencies are not converted. Potential duplicates across files are flagged for review, not automatically deleted.
What are the batch export limits?
One combined export supports up to 20 files, 5,000 transactions and 2 million characters of transaction text. Oversized pages or images must be split and uploaded again; long screenshots are not automatically divided into pages.
What if some pages fail?
Successful pages remain available. Failed pages release reserved page credits. You must confirm a partial export to download incomplete statements; review the missing pages before using the spreadsheet.
