Bank statement converter security: how your files are handled

No bank login is ever needed — you upload a PDF you already have. Files are processed automatically and deleted on a fixed schedule. This page describes what we actually run, not a row of security badges.

Security questions about the bank statement converter

Do you need my bank login?

No. You upload a PDF you already have. There is no bank connection anywhere in this product.

Who can see my statements?

Processing is automatic. Support staff can't open your files by default; if content is needed for a problem we ask for your explicit, time-limited permission for that one job.

Are documents used to train models?

We choose service providers and settings that do not use submitted content to train models.

Where are my files processed?

File extraction runs on our servers with external processing services. These services process the page text needed for conversion.

Is my data encrypted?

Connections use HTTPS. Stored files and databases are encrypted at rest.

How do I report a security issue?

Use the contact form with the Security category. You get a request number, and we acknowledge every report.
