Bank Statement Converters is operated by CHALHAN LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. These terms apply when you use Bank Statement Converters.
The service
Bank Statement Converters extracts transactions from PDF bank statements into Excel and CSV files and helps you review them. Results can contain errors; you are responsible for checking them before use.
Your files
- Only upload statements you are authorized to process.
- You keep all rights to your files and data.
- Files are deleted on the schedule described in our privacy policy.
Not financial or legal advice
The service does not provide accounting, tax, legal or lending advice, and it does not verify that a statement is authentic or complete.
Pages, payments and subscriptions
- Pages are charged only for pages that produce usable transaction data.
- Monthly credits expire at the end of their monthly billing period; annual credits at the end of their annual period. One-time packs last 365 days. Credits are used free first, then by earliest expiry. File deletion does not extend credit expiry.
- Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled in Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; current credits keep their expiry dates. Resuming before expiry does not charge you or add pages. Packs never renew.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't upload files you have no right to process, attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on unreviewed results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We will announce material changes on this page with a new date before they take effect.
