What we collect
- Uploaded PDF statements and the transactions extracted from them.
- Account email, registration IP address, country inferred from IP, and acquisition source; login sessions also include IP address and browser.
- Orders and subscription status from our payment provider — we never receive full card details.
- Support messages you send us.
- A guest cookie that links free pages and uploads to your browser.
Why we use it
- To convert statements you upload and show the results only to you.
- To keep your page balance, receipts and job history.
- To prevent abuse of the free pages.
- To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
- To understand which channels bring new registrations.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers for hosting and storage, AI-powered document processing, payments and email delivery. Uploaded documents and extracted content are shared with document-processing providers as needed to convert your statements. Other providers receive the information needed to perform their services.
Retention
- Guest statements and results: 1 hour after upload.
- Account statements and results: 24 hours after upload.
- Minimal job metadata without file names or transactions: 90 days.
- Billing records: as required by law.
- Registration IP, country and source: until account deletion.
What we don't do
- We don't sell data or show ads.
- We don't use statement content to train models.
- We don't let support staff open your files without your explicit, time-limited permission.
Your choices and rights
You can delete files at any time, delete your account in Settings, and ask for access to or correction of your data through the contact form. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including complaining to a supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use cookies for login, guest sessions and language. A first-source cookie lasts up to 30 days to associate registration with a campaign or referring website. It does not contain statement content.
