Deleting files
Uploaded statements are temporary. They are deleted automatically, and you can delete them earlier.
Automatic deletion
- Guest files: 1 hour after upload.
- Account files: 24 hours after upload.
- The countdown keeps running while a conversion is in progress or you are paying.
Deleting now
Select Delete files in the workspace. Access is removed immediately and files are cleared from active storage shortly after. Used pages aren't refunded automatically.
What stays
For 90 days we keep the job ID, time, page count, page movements and final status — no file name, account details or transactions. Billing records are kept as the law requires.
