Exporting CSV and Excel
You can export the same statement as often as you like, in either format, without using extra pages.
Column layouts
- Date · Description · Money out · Money in (default).
- Date · Description · Amount, with income positive and spending negative.
- Optional Balance and Source page columns.
Exporting with warnings
If review items are still open, the button changes to Export with warnings and the Excel summary sheet marks the file as unreviewed. If no valid transactions exist, export is disabled.
What is always included
Every processed, non-excluded transaction in statement order — even if you have a search filter or a different sort active.
File names
Files are named like statement_2026-08_transactions.xlsx, with _partial added for partial statements. Names never include your name or account number.
