When a page is charged

One credit pays for one original PDF page that produces usable transaction data, not one transaction or one exported spreadsheet page. A 10-page PDF can use up to 10 credits; pages with no transactions are released.

Failed pages do not use credits. Edits, repeat downloads and system retries do not cost extra. A usable page with review warnings still counts.

Order of use

Free pages are used first, then paid pages with the earliest expiry. If credits expire while a conversion is running, released pages come back as a 7-day restore credit.

Monthly credits expire at the end of their monthly billing period; annual credits at the end of their annual period. One-time packs last 365 days. Credits are used free first, then by earliest expiry. File deletion does not extend credit expiry.

Try 3 pages free. Monthly plans start at $19 for 500 pages; annual plans save 40% and provide the whole year’s pages upfront. One-time packs start at $19 for 300 pages, valid for 365 days. See Pricing for all four tiers.

All annual pages arrive after payment and expire at the end of the annual billing period. Use them anytime during that year.

Pages arrive after each monthly payment and expire at the end of that billing period. No rollover.

One payment. Valid for 365 days from purchase. No automatic renewal.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel renewal in Billing; the current cycle stays active.
• Duplicate charges are refunded after verification.
• Unused purchased pages can be refunded within 7 days.
• Refunded orders have their remaining pages removed.
