The balance check

Passed means the extracted totals match the statement balances — not that the bank or an auditor approved them. Difference found shows the exact gap. Not available explains what is missing, such as an opening balance.

Flagged rows

• Check amount: the running balance doesn't follow at this row.
• Check date: the date couldn't be read or is outside the statement period.
• Possible duplicate: same date, description and amount appear more than once.

Editing safely

Click a cell to edit it. Every change is saved automatically and can be undone. Reset to extracted result restores the original extraction. Excluded rows stay visible and can be restored.

Reviewed is your decision

Marking a row Reviewed records that you checked it. It doesn't change a system check, so a balance difference stays visible until the numbers match.
