Which costs less?
Both sell small packs: ours start at $5 for 30 pages, CapyParse's at $5 for 20. For regular monthly volume our plans also cost less per page. Both give free pages every day — 5 here, 6 on CapyParse's no-signup demo — so a single short statement may cost nothing on either.
Privacy: deleted by default vs kept for later
We delete guest files 1 hour after upload and account files after 24 hours, so a bank statement doesn't stay on a server longer than the job needs. CapyParse keeps documents so you can come back and re-export them, which is convenient if you work on the same statements over weeks. Pick based on which matters more to you.

Can I get a QBO file?
Not from us — we export Excel and CSV. QuickBooks Online imports CSV directly; our QuickBooks guide shows the layout.
How long are my statements stored?
Guest uploads are deleted after 1 hour, account uploads after 24 hours, and you can delete them sooner.
